Performance, ambition and passion – your key to a career in sales! We are looking for sales talent in the On Campus area – from now on, limited for 2 years and in full time (40 hours/week), 100% remote in Germany or at one of our locations (e.g. Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Düsseldorf, etc.).

You are a communication talent with customer focus! In your area of responsibility lies not only the care of our existing customers, but also the targeted expansion of our customer relationships. Through active feedback talks and skillful needs analysis, you identify new positions and create additional revenue potential. You think in closures and are KPI-driven? Sure. You control your pipeline like a sales professional – focused, efficient, data-based. Your goals are clear: close deals, generate growth, deliver performance. You're the game changer in the matching process! You recognize potentials on both sides – with our talents and our partner companies – and bring them together efficiently and accurately. You take the coaching of the applicants for job interviews (for special claims) and are responsible for obtaining feedback and coordinating the entire application process. You work reliably and precisely. With the preparation of enrollment and documentation in Salesforce, you will complete your match.

You have a completed training or study – but what really distinguishes you is your drive and your clear focus on sales success. You bring first B2B experience, know the difference between leads and real opportunities. You work smart, digital and data-driven. With MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce, you move safely and efficiently. You pitch – internally and externally. Whether in the application coaching or with the customer: You carry our story to the outside, prepare applicants: in top interviews and ensure the confidence of both sides through sovereign communication. You value structure and liability.
