You ensure that our processes are not only compliant, but also efficient and forward-looking. In this role, you make sure that quality is not just a word with us, but living reality. You take responsibility for audits and management reviews, analyze key figures and make concrete improvements. You co-ordinate CAPAs and non-conformities, take root of causes and make sure that measures are not only planned but also implemented effectively. Together with our process owners, you develop quality-relevant processes and documentation and bring fresh ideas for more efficiency. In addition, you actively participate in the further development of our information security management system according to ISO/IEC 27001 and are an important interface for FDA inspections and regulatory enquiries. You pass on your know-how to internal teams in training and consulting – so you make sure that quality is anchored in every area.
Complete studies in engineering, natural sciences or comparable 3-5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in medical technology Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 27001 and 21 CFR 820.
