Projektmanager (m/w/d)

This is your field of action: They advise our savings banks on credit issues and support the various specialist departments in the legal review of contracts. They examine credit agreements, collateral agreements and finance documentation for legal risks and optimization potentials. As part of the holistic support of terminated settlement commitments, you will conduct discussions with customers and conduct negotiations with insolvency administrators, lawyers, public financers and other stakeholders. You create legal opinions and answer legal individual questions. You clarify disputed issues with internal and external partners such as lawyers, tax advisors and auditors (m/w/d).

This distinguishes you: You have a successful conclusion of both legal state examina. You have strong legal knowledge in civil law (BGB, HGB, AG, GmbHG, KWG, InsO, ZPO, GBO, Privacy, etc.). An analytical way of thinking and the ability to prepare legal facts clearly and in a solution-oriented manner is what distinguishes you. They bring the willingness to participate in special legal issues. Ideally, you bring experiences in the Brank industry.
