The Hahne Residence “Haus der Ruhe” offers varied tasks, responsibility and a strong team. Framework conditions: Place of use: Hahne Residenz „Haus der Ruhe“ in Meyenfeld. Working time model: part-time, 20 hours a week. Working hours:

• Early service: Start between 7:30 and 8:00, end between 11:30 and 12:00.
• Late service: Core work time from 16:30 to 18:00; before or after that, flexibly supplement to arrive at 4 hours per day.
• Regularity: average once a week late service.
• Weekend: once a month a day on weekends, for a compensation day under the week. Payment: For a weekly working time of 20 hours, the monthly gross salary is between €1,699.11 and €1,766.97, depending on the experience.

Your tasks: Service processes: You ensure smooth operations in the home and guest areas. Quality & standards: You regularly check service and hygiene standards and document the results. Customer service: You accept customer requests, implement them and support measures to increase customer satisfaction. Interface management: You co-ordinate between line, kitchen and care to ensure an optimal process. Training & Optimization: You plan service training and guide improvements from quality testing. Your profile: Training: You have completed vocational training in the service sector (house economy, hotel industry, social services). Experience: Ideally you bring experience in service processes from nursing or social facilities. Quality awareness: You have a strong eye for details and compliance with standards. Communication & Service: You appear friendly and binding and communicate safely with colleagues and guests. Organization & Teamwork: You work structured, think solution-oriented and work closely with different areas.
