Core tasks Working on cost-effectiveness calculations / Business Cases / Scenarios (Excel) as a basis for decision. Construction Cost Controlling: Recording numbers, arranging deviations and supporting forecasts – with time also independent. GU offers check, plausibilisate and in a targeted manner, where numbers do not arise. Decision templates & reporting: short, clear documents for management. Project work along the life cycle Accompanying the project development from the project idea and the purchase of land to the transfer to operator/carrier. Participation in buying and selling processes (concept ideas, testing documents, coordination with Notariat/ Lawyers; depending on experience). Control and coordination of central interfaces: general contractors, planners, operators, service providers and cities and administrations. Communication and organization Organisation of dates and events around projects (e.g. construction sites, handovers). Support in communication and organization.

You think in numbers, learn quickly and are also interested in what goes beyond their own tasks. Must-haves Relevant experience in project development, project management, real estate control or a comparable environment. Safe handling with Excel and enjoy working with numbers. Experience in building cost control or real interest in building cost logics and offers. Technical understanding or strong interest to really understand technical topics (construction phase, offers, cost levers). Very good German in word and writing. Nice-to-have Contact points with social real estate or municipal environment. First experience with purchase contracts, due diligence, lease contracts, GU contracts. Routine in creating concise documents for decisions. Procedure You organize yourself, keep your topics in mind and end things yourself. You question things, want to understand relationships and dependencies and openly address problems. Hands-on and reliable: you have the overview and set priorities, ask for and bring results.

Direct cooperation with the management – short, quick voting and decisions, no hierarchies between them. Who works here sees the entire value chain – from land to key transfer. The learning curve is correspondingly steep. Projects with clear social benefits and a company with concrete growth perspective and new business ideas.
