ServicePoint focuses on first-level support on site as well as on and offboarding the AXA employees. Team Leadership: You guide and develop your team in Cologne by living our values of collaboration and creating an inspiring working environment. Responsibility: You take over the independent management of ServicePoint and Field Support. Process design: You analyze and optimize processes around the ServicePoint, especially in the field of onboarding and offboarding. Change Management: You actively accompany the change within the department and promote cross-site cooperation. Communication: You make sure that the flow of information between the relevant interfaces works smoothly. Escalation Management: You are a contact person in escalations and find solutions for complex challenges. Process optimization: You support the unification and simplification of processes and participate in cross-departmental projects.
