Senior Product Owner Healthcare Management (m/f/d)

Together with our customers, you develop our products and services in the field of health management. In cross-functional, agile teams, you play a key role in managing and maintaining our product portfolios in the areas of EAP and BEM You coordinate, tax and manage all ongoing activities in the context of the adaptation of existing products and are the central contact person You test the market, guide product ideas from customer needs and analyze competitors – in close cooperation with other areas such as marketing and innovation management You take an important interface function to departments such as sales, controlling and purchasing You design, plan and perform product training

You bring a completed study or a comparable qualification with You have profound experience as a product owner, project manager:in or in a comparable role and the corresponding method skills You have analytical thinking, a structured way of working and the ability to clearly and convincingly represent your position in requirements and voting processes You understand integrating different professional perspectives, defining common goals and effectively moderating cooperation In this role, you can safely move between different disciplines, hierarchical levels and perspectives – you don't understand interfaces as a hurdle, but as a chance to design Professional experience in psychosocial counselling, management consultancy, operational integration management or a similar context is of advantage, but no condition
