In representation of the Group Management MarktService, you take responsibility for various areas of our credit and service management (e.g. customers & control, cash logistics, debit and credit cards). In coordination with the group management, you are closely involved in leadership tasks, such as the promotion of employees' potentials and the management of personnel discussions (team and individual talks). You take over the technical management of assigned areas and initiate, control and control strategic and operational activities. Your focus is on developing proposals for improving efficiency, ensuring service quality and cost savings and their practical implementation. In your role, you coordinate external service providers:inside and ensure the quality of the outsourced tasks.

You have completed training with the focus on banks and further theoretical qualifications (e.g. savings banks or bankers) or a comparable qualification. Due to your relevant and multi-year professional experience, you can rely on a comprehensive expertise in credit and service management. Idally, you could already gain first experience in a guide role. If you have no experience in personal management, we will be happy to develop you in this area. Your high customer and service orientation distinguishes you as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
