Senior Consultant Steuerberatung - Financial Services Tax (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant Financial Services Tax (m/w/d), you develop innovative solutions for complex tax issues for our mandates. Advice: You judge tax issues from banks, insurance companies and asset management companies – from restructuring advice to implementation. Support: Together with your team, you will accompany our clients' projects and cover tax audits as well as (extra) judicial remedies and correspond with financial authorities. Diversity: You first report and opinions e.g. for the tax and/or balance-sheet assessment of investments and supports asset managers and funds in terms of their tax risks and costs. Design: As part of your position, you develop and optimise tax concepts for bank products and asset management products. Competence: You are also responsible for the review of tax returns and reporting in the course of audits and audits.

Degree in economic or legal sciences, preferably with a focus on tax teaching, accounting or degree as a graduate financial institution:in Good knowledge of the taxation of insurance companies, banks and investments for institutional investors Expertise in tax law, focusing on income tax law, investment tax law and international tax law Designed understanding in consulting projects structured and process-oriented readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
