In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we design the automotive generations of the future. We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technology leadership of Mercedes-Benz in the future. Our Q@RD (Quality Research & Development) team supports and develops RD-internal and cross-resort processes with our stakeholders in MBC (Mercedes-Benz Cars) and supports their implementation. These challenges include: Participation in quality management / test equipment management Further development of automated evaluations of calibration data Cooperation in the further development of quality methods in laboratory and test equipment management Building and managing databases and social intranet content Cooperation with RD quality managers Working in the continuous improvement process (CDP) The activity can begin from June 2026.

Course in Engineering or Economics or a comparable degree course Basic knowledge of quality management standards (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949) Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS-Office as well as basic knowledge of data analysis and programming (e.g. Python) High level of commitment, team capacity and independent work Analytical thinking as well as structured and strategic working
