You build the asset management district heating strategically and organizationally and develop a powerful team

You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, promote the individual development of your employees and establish efficient processes and modern working methods

You develop and are responsible for the asset management strategy for district heating networks and installations, taking account of economic efficiency, security of supply and sustainability

You control medium and long-term investment, maintenance and renewal planning and prioritize measures based on technical, regulatory and economic criteria

You actively promote the transformation and decarbonization of heat supply and thus make a significant contribution to the heat transition in the region You are responsible for the assessment of asset risks, life cycle costs and network performance, as well as the further development of data-based asset management and decision-making processes

Complete engineering studies or master / technician training in the field of energy supply, supply technology, mechanical engineering or comparable discipline

Multiannual professional experience in asset management, network management, infrastructure management or energy supply, ideally focusing on district heating
