In order to expand the team for commissioning and the service of the systems for lifting in Germany and abroad, we are looking for you as an experienced in-company / supervisor (m/w/d). In this function, you are primarily responsible for ensuring the faultless operation of the special equipment at the customer, provide technical support and perform maintenance and inspections. In addition, you take over the leadership of the assembly team on site and the training of the technicians and subcontractors.

Establishment, commissioning and ensuring the fault-free operation of the special equipment at the customer Special management and monitoring of assembly teams on site Support for the launch of new innovative products Documentation of project progress in the form of checklists and service reports Technical support - national and international - with analysis and identification of causes of errors and sustainable troubleshooting Ensuring feedback reflux in the specialist departments and deriving measures for ongoing product improvement Maintenance and inspection of products Handling expertise and training of technicians and subcontractors worldwide

Graduated technical training, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a further development to the technician/master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the field of commissioning in machine and plant engineering, especially in special machine construction Self-employed, conscientious and customer-oriented work Structured and responsible action Innovative thinking for efficient solution finding and continuous optimization of products Impressive ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Flexibility and the worldwide readiness to travel (approximately 30-40%)
