September 2025 at our location in Stuttgart and Munich, motivated: (m/d) September 2025 In your 3-year training, you immerse yourself in the world of trade fair and event management and attend our events in the DACH&IT region. The training is carried out in close cooperation with the Studieninstitut München – besides the IHK degree to/from the event trader/wife you will also receive the recognised degree to/from the event manager:in. Unlike classic training models, you work mainly directly in the company. You accompany projects in the long term and without the typical block learning interruptions, for maximum practical experience and real responsibility.

You will get to know all aspects of trade fair and event management and actively shape our trade fairs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as for Italy Insights into different business areas: e.g. trade fair organization, technical exhibitor service, marketing, sales, HR, press work and many more Focus on Marketing & Operations: In marketing, you create social media content, for LinkedIn and our website. In the operation, you enter service calls and actively assist in organizing and carrying out our trade fairs on site. You are responsible for and take your own small projects Participation in the planning and implementation of internal and external events and incentives

Good to very good medium maturity, (special) abitur or comparable conclusion Safe handling of the MS Office package You are motivated, open to new and want to develop Joy of teamwork and contact with customers:inside High self-initiative, empathy and a safe occurrence Very good German and good English skills Home address in Germany (required for the IHK degree) You are at least 18 years old (minimum age according to the requirements of the IHK for this training model)
