Production Manager (m/f/d)

You will be part of the mission to advance the global mobility transition and, through your expertise, experience, design capability, proactivity and decision-making ability, make a contribution to producing new forms of mobility in scalable quantities efficiently and cost-covering. In your role as a production manager, you will be able to identify all fields of action that are necessary for the successful fulfillment of the mission in your area of responsibility with a sharp look. You bring the expertise and far-sightedness to properly prioritize and ensure that the processing sequences are implemented accordingly. In doing so, you will have the staff in mind, which will guide you in the sense of an efficient production plant and demand that the KPIs required by the company be met. Your experience helps you to independently determine the resources necessary for the mission and to set their needs in such a way that the grant you requested is granted. With your strong strategic view, you can see when a shift of production capacities to suitable external partners is to be activated. The pre-activities necessary for this, as well as the identification of suitable partner companies, are forwarded proactively so early that the volume transformation is possible if the company needs it. At any time, you will have a look at the fact that the production in-House will always act as an innovative start-up factory when external partners are activated, which carries out the market entry of new forms of mobility as a pioneering production in order to build up the process expertise necessary for a shift in large volumes to the external partner. Your tasks include: General management of the production of CIP vehicles, trailers and accessories as well as all other CIP products. Planning, control and continuous optimization of production processes including production, capacity, and workforce planning. Demand determination, acquisition, guidance and further development of the associated employees. Designing, securing and further developing the industry-standard quality standards with an attentive view of industry-wide methods (e.g. from the automotive), whose implementation generates added value and possibly even unique features. Ensuring conformity of production and behaviour is mirrored by the legislator's current requirements. Identification of possible external partners for the construction of larger vehicle volumes and the implementation of the decision together with purchasing and management. Development of internal production to the innovative start-up factory with limited number of units as pilot production for new vehicles for the realization of the first months of delivery and transfer of production to the nominated external partner as soon as this is possible in a process.
