Currently we are looking for:

Jurist m/w/d

Your tasks:

• independent processing of legal matters in various jurisdictions, such as contract law, commercial law, company law, liability and antitrust issues with M&A activities
• Examination, negotiation and design of economic contracts in the (inter)national context (e.g. tender documents) and responsibility for the relevant document management
• Legal advice of management, internal project groups and specialist departments in all legal issues, as well as implementation of employee training
• Compilation of legal opinions, assessments and policy templates
• Appointment and coordination of external lawyers
• Implementation and further development of internal company regulations

Your profile:

• Completed degree in full law or Master of Laws
• First professional experience as a corporate lawyer or as a lawyer in an internationally operating company or in a firm
• Good understanding of economic relations
• Sovereign dealing with frequently changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player with legal creativity and pleasure in versatile tasks
• Good MS Office knowledge and high affinity for digitalization
• German and English skills in word and writing
