SailPoint Platform Engineering: Engineering, Conception, Administration and Development of the Central SailPoint Platform (IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud) in a Complex Enterprise Environment Integration & Connector Development: Connection and integration of target systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP, ITSM) using standard and custom connectors, workflows and rules (Rules/BeanShell). Identity Lifecycle Automation: Technical implementation and optimization of automated joiner, mover and leaver processes as well as modeling of flexible role and authorization structures (RBAC/ABAC) Compliance & SoD implementation: Technical configuration of recertification campaigns, implementation of functional separations (Segregation of Duties - SoD) and support in audit requirements Platform Operation & Support: Ensuring high availability, performing upgrades, patches and performance optimizations as well as processing complex L2/L3 incident and problem tickets

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training in IT Funded Tool Expert (SailPoint): Multiannual, deepened experience in administration, configuration and development based on SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) Development & Script Knowledge: Solid programming and script skills (e.g. Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, REST/SOAP APIs) to adapt workflows, rules and interfaces Protocol & Interface Expert: Practical understanding of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID) and interface standard string> (SCIM, SQL, JSON/XML) Governance & Process Confession: Deep understanding of IGA processes, role models, SoD rules and IT security standards Analytical Strength: Embossed Skills for Systematic Error Analysis (Troubleshooting), Clean Technical Documentation and Structured Implementation of Complex Requirements Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
