Social pedagogue / social worker - outpatient support (m/f/d)

In the social pedagogical outpatient support you support people with disabilities in their everyday lives. The work is based on the individual needs of the people to be accompanied and takes place in their self-selected environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you in full or part-time for the area of Ahrensburg and the surrounding area at the next possible time.

Your tasks

Every day care & life practice: They support our clients with disabilities in their everyday lives and are e.g. in dealing with financial resources reliably.

Self care & participation: They promote self-employment in everyday life and enable access to leisure and cultural activities.

Cooperation & Networking: In addition to your tasks, close cooperation with members, institutions and network partners is part of your work to provide holistic support.

Your profile

Qualification: You have completed a degree in social education, social work or a comparable qualification.

**A valuable, resource-oriented view of people with disabilities shapes your pedagogical action. Also in challenging situations, you remain facing and solution-oriented.

Competitions:With your good communicative skills and an independent way of working, you perform motivated, targeted and reflect your tasks.

Mobility:As regular trips occur between the individual residences, a class B licence is required.
