The Caritas Brucker workshop for people with disabilities, We are located in the north of Fürstenfeldbruck, easily accessible by public transport (bus line 873 from the Maisacher S-Bahn station). Our workshop is open to all Brucker citizens throughout the county and beyond. In our institution, we are committed to actively participating in the working life of people with mental disabilities. More than 200 employees are involved in a variety of areas such as wood processing, metal processing, electrical assembly, assembly and packaging as well as in gardening and landscape care and in household and kitchen. Our interdisciplinary team supports the individual strengths of employees with expertise and commitment with the aim of integration on the 1st labour market.

You are responsible for...

• support preparation in the production of: approx. 300 lunches freshly prepared daily

• Food for occasional festivals and events

• courts for house deliveries

• cooperation with the team in the kitchen, kitchen management and people with disabilities in all tasks in food preparation, kitchen and dining room

• the consideration of current safety guidelines and hygiene regulations

• the professional and careful execution of cleaning according to the specifications

We look forward to seeing you because you...

• Professional experience in the kitchen or restaurant kitchen
• master the rules on food safety (HACCP) and hygiene regulations, as well as can prove a current lSFG certificate
• Have pleasure in passing on their knowledge and are valuable in dealing with people with disabilities
• Secure German in Word and Writing
• Bringing openness to digital modes
• identify with goals and values of the Caritas and show the willingness to practice them in everyday working life
