• The first contact for our customers
• Customer support in questions about offers and contracts
• independent, case-closing processing of customer requests and complaints
• Collection of customer information in our systems and forwarding processes to specialist departments, such as damage or contract service
• Management of customer data and documents as a supplementary task

• Experiences in telephone customer support
• Communication strength and team skills
