Process Technician Packaging (m/f/d)

Your mission In your role, you are responsible for the installation, operation and support of our systems, in particular the transfer agent and fully automatic dosing systems. You create and adapt programs to support development, optimization and series production processes. In addition, you carry out process controls and document them while analysing and sustaining process disorders. You also support product changes and are responsible for the migration of new plants into series production, including the training of operators and the creation of work instructions.

Exciting tasks await you

Installation, operation and support of the plants (Molden: Transfermoldenanlage / Underfill: fully automatic dosing systems with line concept) Creation and adaptation of programs for development, optimization and series production Implementation and documentation of process controls (e.g. microscopy, optical, tactile and acoustic measurement methods) Analysis of process disorders, sustainable problem solving and optimization of existing processes Support for product changes, qualifications and approvals Migration of new plants into series production (in operation, process release, documentation) Learning, teaching and training of employees and creating work instructions

Complete technical training (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, microtechnologists, precision engineers, etc.) multiannual experience in construction and connection technology, ideally in the field of encapsulation technology, injection moulding, or comparable in production processes Knowledge of the creation and optimization of programs on fully automatic systems (dosing systems, injection moulding systems) Experience with SPC methods and safe handling of test and measurement technology (e.g. microscopy, sonography, X-ray) Multiannual experience in learning and training employees Analytical thinking, quality awareness and structured working Teamability and secure and addressable communication capability Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as basic English knowledge
