You build pricing at Becker: from price logic to discount structures to release processes. You analyse markets, competitors and customer segments and derive differentiated price levels from them: by region, industry and sales channel. You translate technical product advantages into price arguments that the sales can really use. You support international sales organisations in implementing the pricing strategy You conduct price analyses, give price lists and monitor competition prices. You build Pricing KPIs: price realisation, discount rate, contribution development, Win Rate. You actively shape interfaces with: sales, controlling, IT, service and product management. If pricing requirements have to be translated into systems, you are the driving force.
Completed studies in economic engineering, business management or a comparable area Multiannual experience in pricing, controlling or a comparable interface function – ideally in machine or plant engineering Good technical understanding of investment goods in need of declaration Very good knowledge of Salesforce and safe handling of SAP or Navision Embossed capabilities in data analysis, especially Excel German and English Want to build something that wasn't there before
