Financial Accounting Employee (m/f/d)

Debitor Accounting: You book payment inputs and current business transactions in the debitor area and independently tune debitor accounts. Mahnwesen & Credit Management: You're working on the dunning and credit limit monitoring and audit. Payment: You run SEPA direct debits and manage our SEPA direct debit mandates. Online-Sales: You check the total and balance lists of our online shops, clarify differences with our eCommerce service provider and book them. Input bills: You convert and book input bills, manage our corporate credit cards and book the monthly bills. Travel costs: You process and book travel expenses. Hauptkasse: You take over the management of the main fund as well as the proper documentation and coordination of the cash flows. Final work: You support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Process optimization: You bring ideas to the further development and optimization of our accounting processes. Teamwork: You work closely with sales, purchasing, master data management and controlling and support your colleagues in representations.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on financial and accounting or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in debitor and creditor accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company with international reference. Expertise: You have very good knowledge of financial and accounting as well as ideally in tax law. SAP knowledge: Experience in handling SAP is an advantage. Digital work: You are sure to deal with MS Office and enjoy digital processes. Working: You work structured, conscientious and independent. Soft Skills: You convince by team skills, sense of responsibility and communication strength. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
