You're expecting In your training, you will learn the diverse areas of online trading. Your focus is on customer service. We will show you the best possible service for our customers. You will be familiar with a solution-oriented communication via e-mail and telephone and gain deeper insight into all communication systems that are necessary for this. You will learn how to deal with complaints and product advice for our customers and help us. We will show you the digital tools we work with – and you will learn how we use artificial intelligence to make processes more efficient. Customer-oriented project planning and support in their implementation are also part of your training. The goal of your training is to offer you a long-term perspective that suits your strengths.

You finished the school with a good medium maturity. You have the pleasure of communicating, you like to go into exchange and express yourself clearly and understandably. It's up to you to put yourself in others and you stay friendly and quiet even in stressful situations. You’re motivated and reliable, you’ll join the team and learn about it. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
