Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Stuttgart You work in the different topics of international personnel and organizational development, e.g. employee survey initiatives and cultural development within ETAS You support competence and training management as well as enabling initiatives You accompany activities in current change management and transformation projects You perform tasks in preparing and performing events You actively participate in the day-to-day business, e.g. through the planning and implementation of various workshops as well as part-moderations You support the team both in terms of operational and conceptual tasks and take over smaller projects independently

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the areas of human resources or organizational development and also want to deepen different facets of those involved in a globally active company. You are confident in handling common MS Office applications (especially MS Teams) You are characterized by team skills, creativity, commitment and reliability and are also ready to work remotely You have very good knowledge of German and English (safe for negotiation) You complete a degree in economics/pedagogy, social science, psychology or comparable
