Your responsibility with us: Support for the Head of Divisions Participation in the management and motivation of a team of around 120 employees, including executives, in compliance with corporate values and culture Contribution to the creation and implementation of production and personnel planning, including daily schedules, personnel use, holiday planning and timely provision of auxiliary materials Promoting the coordination and optimization of the process sequences Ensuring quality and hygiene standards through support in implementation, including control of inventory data and operational controls Representation in the control and optimization of CSB bookings Design and active implementation of internal projects and cooperation with other production areas and other internal interfaces
