In this key role, with competence and passion, you will support our senior specialists Bauträger in the holistic support of our contract customers – from preparation to implementation of complex financing. This ensures smooth operations, high service quality and professional customer support. This function therefore offers you the ideal entry or next step into the building support financing: You work closely with experienced specialists, quickly take responsibility and develop professionally and personally. Self-preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and maintenance of sales activities Support in the development of financing solutions and the creation of offers Independent processing of service and standard orders in daily business Support throughout the credit process, including rating creation and application preparation Complete and structured preparation of credit applications incl. Documentation procurement (§ 18 KWG) Self-release of brokerage and support for funding Processing of prolongations and security changes

Completed banking training or completed studies in the field of business / finance Multi-annual and relevant experience in credit, ideally in real estate or building fund financing Structured, careful, independent and result-oriented mode of operation Embossed service and customer orientation Analytical thinking and understanding of economic relationships High level of integrity, reliability, quality awareness, commitment and cooperation Team skills and joy in close cooperation with specialists Routinized handling of MS Office products and IT affinity readiness to learn and openness for new things – especially for the use of new media
