(Junior) Project Manager Data Analytics (m/f/d)

Project organization in the Data Analytics environment: You support our data analytics team in the planning, management and coordination of financial services projects; if you are interested in structure, keep your eyes on Deadlines and contribute to the fact that all parties know clearly what to do until when. Interface between business and IT: As a link between disciplines, IT and external customers, you ensure that requirements are understood, documented and clearly prioritized; you listen actively, ask clarifying questions and help create a common understanding of the goals. Product development support: You organize workshops, Jour Fixes, and votes to further develop our data-&-analytics products and prepare decisions to enable stakeholders to decide well and efficiently. Requirement management & documentation: Together with experienced colleagues, you raise requirements from the disciplines, structure them and assist in the creation of user stories, concept documents and decision templates - always with respect to traceability and quality. Power BI & Reporting support: In close cooperation with the Data Analytics team, you will participate in the creation and maintenance of Power-BI reports, translate technical requirements into understandable reporting and look forward to a user-friendly presentation.

Education & Study: Complete study with focus on project management, computer science, data analytics, business informatics or a comparable qualification First practical experience: Practical experience in project management, e.g. through internships, student work activities or first professional experience in the context of IT, data analytics or financial services IT- & Tool-Affinity: High IT affinity, ideally first touch points with Jira, agile project management methods and modern collaboration tools Data- & Reporting-Interesse: Great interest in data, reporting and visualization, like first experiences with Power BI or similar reporting tools; SQL knowledge of advantage, but no need Language skills: Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
