• Start-up for Bachelor or Master graduates Personnel As part of a modern university administration with a strong service idea, the Personnel Unit is the contact person for over 1,300 employees with regard to all personal and civil law issues. In order to strengthen our team, a representative position with 50% of the full week working time of 38.7 h is to be occupied at the next possible time as a specialist staff (m/w/d).

They support us in the diverse operating daily business for our employees in technology, administration and science. They accompany job placement procedures, create work contracts, deal with deadlines and labour law issues such as parental protection and parental leave. They gain experience in coordination with the university's interests and advice from employees and executives on personal topics. They take care of the installation and maintenance of personal master data and contribute to the digitization and optimization of personal processes. You will get insights into the versatile world of personal work with exciting projects and topics.

They have a degree (Bachelor or Master) ideally related to human resources management, economics, social sciences, psychology or a related area, or a relevant vocational training with professional experience in human resources. If you are currently studying at the Master's or are planning a Master's degree, we offer you the opportunity to build up important professional experiences in line with your studies and flexibly. They have great interest in personal work and joy in cooperation with people. Practical experiences (e.g. internships) are advantageous. They work independently, structured and reliable. We will prepare for you a comprehensive incorporation. Communication strength and a high sense of responsibility. They are safe in handling MS Office. Experiences with a personal software are a plus. Flowing German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (B2) complete your profile.
