Responsibility at the construction site: You take over the management and control of our regional construction projects directly on site – from the first groundbreaking to the turnkey handover. Coordination of all works: You plan, coordinate and monitor the works and make sure everything goes hand in hand. Quality, cost and time monitoring: You make sure that the technical statements are correct, that the progress of the building fits and that the budget is maintained. You use modern tools (e.g. BIM and LEAN) and your own know-how. Teamwork at the construction site: You carry out clear communication. Together with subcontractors, specialist planners and project participants, you are looking for a smooth construction process. Accounting and Documentation: You make sure that services are properly recorded and billed. You also keep track records and documentation in mind. Customer contact on site: You are the face of GOLDBECK on site – professional, solution-oriented and reliable in direct exchange with our clients.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification in civil engineering. You already have experience in the construction management of turnkey commercial properties or in housing construction – ideally with your own projects under your leadership You know the best with VOB, execution planning, construction design and appointment control. You work safely with MS Office as well as call and schedule programs You are communicative, structured take responsibility and find pragmatic solutions also under time pressure Your appearance is binding and clear – both to the team and to builders, entrepreneurs and partners
