Product Manager (m/f/d)

Strategic portfolio management: Continuous analysis of our product range over the entire life cycle as well as operational maintenance of data quality in ERP and our Product Information Management (PIM). Go-to-Market processes: control of new product launches from request to market maturity in close coordination with development, purchasing, logistics and sales. Sales & Marketing Interface: Creating sales-supporting documents (e.g. Argue Cards) as well as providing technical content for catalogues and our digital platform CELOsmart. Close to the market & Analyses: Systematic observation of competitors and trends, including regular trips in the field (about 1 day/month) to understand customer needs directly. Knowledge transfer: conception and implementation of product training and development of decision-making templates for our assortment circle.

Training: completed economic or technical studies (e.g. economic engineering, BWL with a focus on PM/Marketing) or a comparable qualification with technical affinity. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in product management, product marketing or a comparable B2B interface function in the industrial environment. know-how: knowledge in modern product lifecycle management; Ideally, you already have experience from the fastening technology or the building material industry. Operation: Self-employed, structured and analytical methods with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Communication & Teamwork: Communication strength in the cross-departmental project management and joy in close cooperation with international teams. Digital skills: Secure handling of MS Office, ERP, PIM systems and ideally project tools such as Asana. Languages: German and good English skills for international cooperation.
