Customer Advisor Replacement and Reimbursement Claims (m/f/d)

You examine liability-relevant facts in personal injury and enforce substitute claims (e.g. in traffic accidents, treatment errors, animal accidents, etc.) against third parties. You are motivated to represent the economic interests of the BKK company. In daily practice, you process tasks for realizing outstanding claims (e.g. insurers' allowances). You examine possible claims for reimbursement against statutory social security institutions (e.g. in occupational diseases, occupational accidents, etc.) and accompany claims up to payment receipt.

You have completed training in the insurance sector, e.g. social security specialist, merchant/wife for insurance and finance, damage regulator/in, merchant/buyer in the healthcare sector or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in insurance law. You are characterized by very good communicative skills and have a high service orientation in dealing with our insurers. You are open to new things and can adapt flexibly to different challenges. You are team-ready and ready to develop in a challenging environment.
