Leadership: You lead, develop and motivate a subject area with several project managers, planners and engineers, promote their qualification and ensure an effective distribution of tasks.

Project management: Your tasks include the holistic management and coordination of projects and major projects in the new building and service business with a volume of up to 50 million. Euro.

Planning responsibility: With your team, you will ensure that all high-voltage and medium-voltage systems are properly built in transformers while maintaining technical and economic conditions.

Quality assurance: Within the scope of this activity, you shall ensure that plan documents, electrical circuit diagrams and documentation are audited, approved and reproduciblely archived.

Stakeholder Management: In a leading role, you take responsibility for the management and monitoring of external service providers and for the design, coordination and prioritization of tasks in stakeholder management in the planning and construction of substations in close coordination with internal organisational units, foreign service providers and customers.

Strategy and Process Management: Develop processes and technical standards in the team with experts in asset management, operation and planning. You conceptually shape the strategic development in the construction of new substations and ensure their effective implementation and interconnection with operational concerns through controlling as well as target-actual comparisons.

Business objectives: You actively contribute to the achievement of the company's goals by participating in the planning, control and monitoring of investments (e.g. in the forecast) for the projects you are responsible for in total and targeted.

Complete study of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in planning, construction and project management of high and medium-voltage systems, ideally also in large projects

Knowledge of network technology, relevant standards and regulations and a strong understanding of economic relationships

Management experience in the professional and disciplinary management of employees as well as strong decision-making and enforcement skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as convincing communication and argumentability
