As part of the project management support, you are responsible for communicating project updates and tracking work orders. In addition, take care of the logging of meetings and ensure that all tasks remain on schedule. One of your tasks will be the support in data analysis. They identify and catalog data sources and data owners, maintain and update marketing reports and organize and document important information. They support marketing in the coordination of marketing-asset requests (e.g. translation requests), organize and support travel to other locations - including the preparation of presentations and the planning of the day, and assist in maintaining team channels, confluence pages and JIRA tickets You administrate JIRA / Confluence by creating request forms for the marketing portal, as well as help you continuously improve and implement new processes
