As a credit consultant Outbound (m/w/d) in media distribution in our modern Homebase Berlin - Johannisthal you will have the following tasks in future: Advice and sales: You are actively and medial about consumer credit. Digital: Consultation talks are primarily made by video and phone, making your screen visible by screensharing. Quality: You are a solution and idea finder for credit optimization and convince customers of our high consulting quality. Cooperation: In case of further consulting needs on other topics, you will pass on to other sales formats. Configuring: You are part of an internal “startup” in the Berliner Sparkasse and you can actively shape the construction of our new team “Kreditberater Outbound”

Qualification: You have completed training, desirable in the commercial sector. Sales competence: You are currently in sales, selling is fun and your sales motivation is proof daily. Customer retention: You convince your interlocutors by your personality and your safe appearance. Communication capability: You communicate bindingly and at eye level and thus create a good conversation atmosphere. Digital: Mediale and digital solutions inspire you.
