CRM Manager – Focus on Data and Impulses (m/f/d)

As part of a job setup, we are looking for you as soon as possible CRM Manager (m/w/d) – Focus on Data and Impulse in full or part-time (60-100%) at Stuttgart, Freiburg or Saarbrücken. As CRM managers, you are the eye and ear of our sales. You identify sales and customer potentials, analyze data systematically and accompany our sales to use these opportunities in a targeted manner. With the help of data-based analyses, you develop target group strategies, implement concrete measures and implement them effectively in the omnichannel distribution of an advisory direct bank.

Participation in the development and monitoring of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Implementation of risk analyses and creation and implementation of safety concepts awareness and training of employees on information security issues Advising the departments on all questions of information security Perception of the function as an outsourcing officer including maintenance of the outsourcing register Support in identifying, evaluating and controlling outsourcing and ICT services Development and monitoring of the internal control system including audit support Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Business Continuity plans, including implementation of Business Impact analyses, emergency tests and exercises

You have a bank-based training or a degree in the field of economics or a comparable qualification You ideally bring first experience in sales management, controlling or data analysis You think analytic, work structured and go safely with data and common tools (e.g. Excel) to You have the pleasure of making data-based decisions and thinking across areas You are technology- and pay-affin and bring a good understanding of sales management You work independently, reliable and team-oriented You are strong in communication, convince by your ideas and successfully implement them in practice
