What counts

Complete technical training, ideally with additional qualification in facility management (e.g. technician, master, FM specialist) Multiannual professional experience in technical or infrastructural facility management First leadership experience and joy in motivating and developing a team Embossed communication and organizational capability Customer-oriented thinking and safe occurrence Good computer skills (MS Office, CAFM systems of advantage) driving licence class B
