The team, which in the future consists of six employees, coordinates cross-border issues of risk controlling. These include, in particular, ad hoc assessments in risk management and reporting for national and European banking supervision, the further development of model risk management and analysis for settlement planning. In the course of European supervision, international auditing teams and coordination of ECB requests are also added.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You answer ad hoc requests from the European Banking Supervision (ECB) on the basis of large data balances using SQL queries and prepare the results to address them. Evaluations and reports for reporting, credit risk control, and risk control, you develop and optimize – focusing on data quality and granularity. You serve the interface between technical requirements and technical implementation in risk management and is responsible for the further development of analysis and evaluation options. Existing concepts of model risk management according to MaRisk and European requirements are applied, plead them and develop them in a targeted manner. You coordinate the creation of central documents of refurbishment and settlement planning, such as playbooks or special analyses, and acquire deeper expertise in these topics. With your work, you make sure that Sparkasse KölnBonn can efficiently meet regulatory requirements and make informed decisions.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a successfully completed degree, a degree to the (Sparkassen) farmer or a comparable qualification. You have very good knowledge of SQL and/or SAP Business Objects as well as experience in creating complex queries on large datasets. Knowledge of regulatory reporting and risk-bearing capacity analysis procedures is a plus. You're in communication, have fun with data and have a good look for the whole.
