Nursing educator or teacher for nursing professions (m/f/d)

The Paritätische Bildungswerk Bremen e.V. (PBW) is a lively place for adult education and is one of the leading training providers in Bremen with around 200 employees. Since its foundation in 1978, the association has been committed to equal opportunities and equal access to education, occupation and the labour market. The PBW offers a wide range of training, further education and training at its five locations in Bremen and Bremerhaven as a recognised institution for continuing training under the Bremisches Continuing Education Act and an approved institution for employment promotion. The PBW enthuses people for pedagogical professions, trains them and develops comprehensive training opportunities. In addition, the PBW supports immigrants to arrive in Germany – from German courses and professional orientation to successful integration into the labour market. From now on we are looking for Career Educationin or Teacherin für Pflegeberufen (w/m/d) for the recognition course for foreign nurses The place is to be occupied in parttime with at least 25 - 30 h/ Where. The course of recognition (total duration 29 weeks per course) is offered on a professional basis with two days per week and is based on the knowledge and skills of the foreign nurses. The participants bring a completed training from the home country, which makes teaching very interesting and versatile and contributes to a good learning atmosphere.

You take over the course management/coordination with the following tasks: first contact person for the participants, lecturers and companies/hour and lecturers planning / co-organization of the acceptance of the exams In accordance with the new nursing professions law (PflBG) You provide competence-oriented and prepare the participants (foreign care workers) for oral and practical knowledge examination. You plan and take oral and practical examinations with appropriate qualifications (lBG). You accompany the participants in their practice facilities and support the theory-practice transfer

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or started) of nursing education, nursing science or a comparable degree or a further education for nursing professions or a basic educational qualification with training in the nursing area. Ideally, you have teaching experience in nursing after the new PflBG. You enjoy working with internationally trained nurses. You are delighted to develop processes and structures and take responsibility and may work independently and structuredly.
