You are responsible for implementing the technical building management and control the service providers You are responsible for ensuring operator responsibility with the help of software-assisted testing and maintenance plans The maintenance of required data as well as ensuring the data quality in your task area You are involved in the preparation of tenders for repair tasks In order to ensure the additional cost accounting and the performance of services You take over the technical advice of the owner representative and the customers of the BLB NRW

You have completed your studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/ Master) in the fields of technical building equipment, facility management, electrical engineering, utility technology, civil engineering or comparable or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technicians or on a Master's/Master's degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and at least six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering degree (e.g. by means of work certificates) Further requirements: Ideally, you have knowledge in technical and infrastructural building management Knowledge of relevant relevant relevant legislation (e.g. VOB, VOL, DIN etc.) You are a team-oriented personality with enforcement strength, negotiation and organisational skills as well as strong customer orientation Your safe handling of the application of Microsoft Office as well as relevant method and software knowledge complete your profile You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You are capable of leading a service car and have a valid class B licence

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
