We are looking for the Office for Social Affairs and Participation of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The bodies shall be occupied as of 1 July 2025 and indefinitely.

The Inclusion and Participation Department supports individual, self-determined life management through appropriate measures and financial assistance under the SGB IX and promotes equal participation in life in the Community.

A job that enthuses you

• In the context of holistic material processing, you will examine the legal requirements according to the right of access and assistance to care
• You make the performance decision in cooperation with participation management
• You are responsible for the legal examination and notification
• They examine priority requirements and work with the other rehabilitation bodies
• They advise people with disabilities taking into account the skills and resources related to rehabilitation and participation in SGB IX
• You are responsible for the documentation, the preparation of the notification and the payment of the services via the computerized procedure OPEN/PROSOZ

Your profile that suits us

• completed university degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management or a comparable administrative degree. In addition, graduates (Bachelor, Diploma) can also apply in the field of social economics/social management, lawyers or administrative experts, as well as graduates with recognised university degree and experience in the social law context
• can also apply to middle administrative staff (min. A 10), who provide the willingness and conditions to successfully complete the course of the ascent
• employees who are willing to take part in the training as an administering specialist can also apply.
