Tracking Development of challenging and complex construction measures in inner-city rail construction (road track construction) Detection and Tracking of Subsequents Organisation of construction planning and monitoring and control of results Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors Participation in costing and acquisition of own projects, offering processing as well as advice from customers regarding advantageous technical solutions Organisation and leadership of construction meetings, implementation of contract negotiations and conflict solutions Personnel and equipment deployment planning Implementation of the safety rules on construction sites

Knowledge and experience in building law, VOB, contracting, costing and entrepreneurship First experience in the negotiations with entrepreneurs and in the management of employees Entrepreneurial thinking and commitment and reliability Team spirit, enforcement ability and an independent, careful working style Good user knowledge of MS Office and iTWO
