Are you bringing in-depth experience in building strategic customer relationships and dealing with arms processes? As a Business Development Director, CIR (m/w/d) is responsible for the coordination and support of key customers in Germany and Europe, thus contributing significantly to the business development and market positioning of Software Defined Defence. Your duties include: Maintaining and expanding contacts in various institutions of procurement with a focus on CIR, procurement authorities, Ministry of Defence and sub-committees Control of internal and external customer communication in the Digital Systems Division in the Software Defined Defence (SDD) Transfer of customer-based impulses for business development, portfolio and supply strategy Coordination of cross-departmental customer initiatives and stakeholder management Organisation and implementation of strategically relevant customer events and specialist events Support for political communication measures Company representation in SDD Professional bodies, trade fairs and conferences Conducting market and customer analyses and deriving operational measures

Completed study of economic, communications or political sciences or a comparable degree programme Good knowledge of CIR structures and procedures in the field of procurement and the systems of Western armed forces Background as IT or telecommunications officer (m/w/d) Industry knowledge in the safety and defence-specific environment Strategic, analytical and conceptual strength as well as strong communication and negotiation security Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for national and international missions
