small and medium maintenance, maintenance and repair work on buildings and technical facilities Monitoring of fixed maintenance and inspection intervals of technical installations according to specifications Monitoring, instruction and monitoring of external service providers in maintenance, repair and maintenance work Regular visual and functional testing of buildings, plants, vehicles and outdoor areas Reporting of faults, damages and repair requirements to the competent specialist coordination Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities including seasonal work Winter service (including winter service vehicles) Immediate safety measures Support for moving, furniture, events and logistical activities Advanced organizational tasks: Self-determination monitoring for recurring operational tasks (e.g. maintenance, testing, seasonal work) Maintenance and management of an operational annual and action plan based on predefined concepts and intervals Continuing commissioned measures and feedback of the level of implementation to the specialist coordination Coordination of your own portfolio of tasks taking into account priorities and urgency Structured documentation of all work done, dates and measures Commercial-assisted activities: Small purchases of the daily operation (e.g. consumable and substitute materials) exclusively within defined budgets and competence limits

Complete craft or technical vocational training desirable, alternatively relevant professional experience as a master/facility manager or in a comparable position Practical experience in the organization of day-to-day business as well as in simple commercial and documentary activities (e.g. small procurement, material management, appointment monitoring) of advantage Embossed craftsmanship, basic technical understanding and safe handling of tools, machines and work equipment (including winter service vehicles) Responsible, independent and result-oriented work with high reliability, flexibility and readiness to use Open, service-oriented communication, high team capacity as well as basic knowledge of occupational safety, garden care, common repair and maintenance work as well as building and operational safety Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) driving licence class B/BE/L and forklift licence A telescopic loader ticket according to DGUV Principle 308-009 is desirable Experience in dealing with digital tools and willingness to participate in training and instruction.
