HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

They work in a team of HR Business partners and build and maintain deep and influential links with the executives in a permanently assigned part of the company in DACH. They advise and support these executives in achieving their goals by designing and implementing the right personal instruments such as performance management, talent management, succession planning, etc. You advise executives on labour law issues and get expert support in the Legal Department They introduce new HR processes and train colleagues and executives at our locations as needed You maintain exchange with your international colleagues and adapt best practices to regional circumstances They work with internal departments such as Payroll, L&D and Talent Acquisition You recognize risks for the company and develop solutions for them from a HR perspective

Successfully completed studies, ideally with a HR focus Multiannual professional experience as HR Business Partner in a service company Very good organizational capacity, structured and detailed work and a high motivation are absolutely necessary Relevant knowledge of labour law in Germany would be beneficial to work law skills in Austria and Switzerland Good MS Office knowledge, Success Factors knowledge are beneficial Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing are absolutely necessary
