Your tasks

Assistance in the workplace: They support the employees through individually adapted assistance in the workplace and take over the professional and educational guidance as well as accompanying support in everyday work.

Individual funding & participation planning: They design the promotion of a life as independent as possible and accompany the professional development of individual goals according to the participation planning.

Organization, Documentation & Reporting: You use your organizational talent and take over the participation design, documentation and development reports.

Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely with the interdisciplinary team of day-care facilities and work support to ensure an attractive and holistic assistance.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training as a curative teacher, curative teacher, educator, or comparable qualification. They have experience in the pedagogical assistance of people with disabilities and have sound knowledge in reporting and participation planning.

Empathy: You have the pleasure of dealing with people and lust for creative communication and relationship design. In doing so, you bring a high level of empathy and an esteeming basic attitude towards the diversity of life.

Team & Working method:You like to work in the team, but can also act independently, structured and responsible. Reflection and critique, as well as the ability to react flexibly and resiliently to different situations, complete your profile.

Required: They have a class B driver's license and are motivated to continue to train and combine theory and practice in a professionally sound manner in order to further develop the quality of your pedagogical work.
