Tasks

• Support, promotion and individual support of educational participants in the field of vocational training
• Planning and implementation of practical education and training opportunities
• Support for professional orientation, personality development and transitions in internships/work areas and support in the general labour market
• Designing a valuable, inclusive and educational group everyday
• Documentation of development processes and participation in funding and integration planning
• advice and support in challenging situations of life and conflict
• Close cooperation with relatives, social services, housing facilities and interdisciplinary specialists
• Takeover of basic care in people with restrictions on participation
• Designing projects, excursions, events and community activities
• Active teamwork and willingness to further develop and further training

Your profile

• completed training as a curative nursein, ergotherapeutin, work teacherin, skilled workerin, Gesellin/Geselle (Handwerk), shopping. Training or comparable qualification
• Special training required
• Experience in the professional planning and monitoring of people with restrictions on participation
• Communication and consulting skills
• Social knowledge in the relevant legal books
• Contact and communication skills with the environment of the participants
• readiness to participate in relevant networks
• MS Office - Knowledge
• Driving license car + willingness to use your own car
• Teaching according to the Infection Protection Act
