Complaints Manager in the Finance Department (m/f/d)

You are the first contact point for incoming invoice complaints from our customers on IT services and take responsibility for their complete and solution-oriented clarification You process and solve complaints about debitor accounts taking into account process, economic, legal and technical aspects and also identify the underlying causes In close contact with our customers, you will develop service-oriented and reliable complaint solutions You agree with the performance-producing areas, account management and debitor accounting within the BITBW and control the required contributions up to the final solution You create reports including KPIs and actively participate in internal quality assurance. From complaints, you derive improvement requirements for processes and services and initiate their implementation Your contribution ensures a sustainable improvement of customer satisfaction and process optimization

You have a completed university degree (Bachelor or corresponding university degree, for example in economics, business management, administration, business informatics) You can also apply if you have acquired equivalent skills and professional experience on the basis of your professional training (e.g. in the IT or commercial field) You bring an affinity for IT (in particular basic knowledge of the common information technologies) and ideally have experience with SAP and CRM tools Through your customer- and solution-oriented appearance, your pronounced communication skills, your positive thinking and your high service orientation, you will always find the right solution for our customers. You act binding, self-initiative and keep the solution of the entire process in mind You have very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) A secure written and oral expressiveness in German (C2), a good handling of numbers and pronounced analytical thinking complete your profile
