You develop and evaluate urban design and concepts taking into account functional, design and legal aspects. You are responsible for the preparation and installation of construction plan procedures and other statutes. You coordinate and supervise planning procedures and individual urban projects. You supervise and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and specialist planning offices and examine specialist-planned orders and concepts.

You have the career skills for the category II, 1st entry office, technical services department, or a completed university degree in the field of urban planning, urban planning, urban planning, urban design, geography with relevant professional experience, architecture with the urban development or a comparable discipline within the meaning of the task profile. We also expect: You have safety in urban design and design issues You have well-founded knowledge of urban and construction planning as well as public building law.
