To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as team leaders in the security technology customer service.

You take responsibility for a team of around 15 service technicians and, together with them, ensure a reliable support for our maintenance customers. You are the central interface between customers, technicians and our company.

With your technical know-how in security technology, you will perform your team in demanding tasks and support the disposition in service use. Together with customers and technicians, you develop fast and pragmatic solutions. If necessary, you are also occasionally on site and assists in technical disturbances or more complex situations.

Support and organisation of maintenance contracts in the field of safety technology Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 15 service technicians Central contact for customers in technical and organizational questions Supporting participation in the coordination of service operations and troubleshoots Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances in complex special cases on site at the customer (if required) Development of solution-oriented approaches to customer concerns and challenging project situations

Complete training as an electronic, technician or master in the field of safety or electrical engineering Good knowledge of fire detection, intrusion, video and access control systems Experience in service or technical customer service Experience in coordinating or managing employees Structured and solution-oriented operation
