Implementation of production-accompanying quality controls in assembly and careful and transparent documentation of results Take over the control of the large container filling (e.g. filling quantities, tightness, labelling) and ensure compliance with our quality requirements Implementation and documentation of internal test equipment monitoring Training of employees (m/w/d) in the safe handling of test equipment and in the implementation of quality controls Control of deployments before production start Constructive cooperation with production to implement quality standards together. Determination of fault causes (internal errors, complaints) and participation in solutions Creation of fault sheets and active co-design of process improvements

Complete vocational training in chemistry desirable At least 3 years of professional experience in quality control or assembly Experience with filling processes, dealing with different interests in production are advantageous Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems Handling control device-specific software Basic knowledge of quality management standards (e.g. ISO 9001) Ready for further training in the field of planning and customer support Communication skills: You can also remain objective and value-estimating in challenging conversations Enforcement & team spirit: You consistently set quality standards, but cooperatively through solution orientation: You see conflicts as an opportunity for improvements and work bridge-building between departments Languages: German (native) and English (basic)
